A few items to remember:
• It is your responsibility to switch with someone if you are unable to do the 50/50 draw when you are
scheduled; also, an older son or daughter with 50/50 draw experience is always welcomed as a
volunteer!
• Pam Sullivan will oversee the schedule and will keep the bucket and tickets after each game; money
should go to Deb Paterson and the bucket and tickets go back to Pam so that she can pass on these
materials for the next game.
• You can set up the 50/50 draw the way that suits you - a table set up at the door with a quick walk
around for “last call” ticket sales at the beginning of the game or the roaming method before and/or
during the game - you decide!
A few items to remember:
• It is your responsibility to switch with someone if you are unable to do the time clock when you are
scheduled; an older son or daughter with time clock experience is always welcomed as a volunteer!
• There are two people scheduled for each home game - one for working the clock and one for doing the
paper work on the game sheet; you can decide who does which job.
• The person who records the game sheet data should sign their name and number where it reads
“Official Scorer”on the game sheet; codes for penalties are on the back of the game sheet - please use
them.
